Bebeer was born during a family dinner in a typical restaurant in Santiago frequented by tourists. The food was plentiful and chilean wine abounded among diners. When we were there, a group of tourists sat in front of us to enjoy the exquisite cuisine and one of the tourists asked the waiter “What chilean beers do you recommend?” To which the waiter replied: “Heineken”. We looked into the faces, surprised by the response from the waiter, because there was a huge gap between the large numbers of producers of excellent craft beer in Chile and the restaurants that marketed and offered a menu of beverages.
This fact, together with sybaritic love for good food, beer and tourism, made us we'd want to create the first beer circuit Chile, with the mission to promote cultural and beer tourism throughout our beautiful country
